Retired Vicar Jailed for Three Years in 'Eunuch Maker' Mutilation Case

The Old Bailey imposed a three-year term based on a video of a 2020 genital procedure.

Overview

  • Geoffrey Baulcomb, 79, pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm with intent for enlarging a man’s urethral opening with nail scissors in a nine-second clip dated January 4, 2020.
  • The video was found on Baulcomb’s phone, and prosecutors said some of his material included moving images from the Eunuch Maker website.
  • He also admitted seven offenses involving indecent images of children and possessing extreme pornography, including 195 images, relating to conduct on or before December 14, 2022.
  • Baulcomb exchanged more than 10,000 messages over four years with ringleader Marius Gustavson, whose subscription site drew thousands of paying viewers and generated nearly £300,000.
  • Gustavson is serving a life sentence with a minimum term of 22 years after courts linked him to at least 29 non-medical mutilations on 13 victims between 2017 and 2021.
