- Geoffrey Baulcomb, 79, pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm with intent for enlarging a man’s urethral opening with nail scissors in a nine-second clip dated January 4, 2020.
- The video was found on Baulcomb’s phone, and prosecutors said some of his material included moving images from the Eunuch Maker website.
- He also admitted seven offenses involving indecent images of children and possessing extreme pornography, including 195 images, relating to conduct on or before December 14, 2022.
- Baulcomb exchanged more than 10,000 messages over four years with ringleader Marius Gustavson, whose subscription site drew thousands of paying viewers and generated nearly £300,000.
- Gustavson is serving a life sentence with a minimum term of 22 years after courts linked him to at least 29 non-medical mutilations on 13 victims between 2017 and 2021.
