- Crews contained the fire to the property, with several vehicles and a trailer burning, and no other injuries were reported.
- A bomb squad robot was deployed to search the scene for potential additional explosives as the investigation continued.
- Police had not identified the man transported in extremely critical condition, though Arizona’s Family reports resident Houston Willis, 51, lived at the home.
- Willis was previously convicted for placing explosive devices around Phoenix and was released from prison at the end of 2024.
