Overview
- The team confirmed Thursday that Phase 3, the final stage of the three-year “The Next Evolution” program, is nearing completion and is on track to be finished before the first of back-to-back Morgan Wallen concerts on July 17.
- The North Plaza was reconfigured with gates moved closer to Hamburg Street and 72 ticket scanners to let all ticketed fans enter a secured footprint that now includes The Talon, The Landing, and Backstage.
- The Talon is a multi-level open-air tailgate and concert venue that will open three hours before kickoff and hold roughly 2,000–3,000 people on its lower level plus about 600 on the mezzanine with seven bars and upgraded restrooms.
- Upper-level upgrades added more than 7,000 square feet to The Perch and roughly 25% more restroom capacity, and new high-definition HDR LED displays were installed across concourses and plaza spaces by ANC.
- The club positions the roughly $435 million overhaul as an alternative to a new stadium that preserves club heritage, adds rentable hospitality products like The FlockYard, and aims to drive year-round events and new revenue for Baltimore.
