- After a review with senior officials, the ministry said 3.03 crore fake user accounts have been removed and 2.7 crore more are suspended or marked for suspension.
- Aadhaar one-time password verification now operates for online Tatkal bookings in 322 trains and at reservation counters for 211 trains as of December 4.
- Officials report the confirmed Tatkal booking window has lengthened in about 65% of those 322 trains and improved in roughly 95% of 96 popular services.
