- HBO released the first trailer for Earth, Wind & Fire (To Be Celestial Vs. That’s The Weight of the World) in late May, showcasing archival concert footage and interview clips.
- The documentary will have its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 3 at the Beacon Theatre with a live performance by Earth, Wind & Fire and The Roots.
- HBO will broadcast the film on June 7 and make it available to stream on HBO Max the same day.
