PUBG Mobile 4.1 Goes Live With Frost Festival, Penguin Locales and Classic Mode Tweaks

  • The update is now available on Android and iOS, following an official rollout slated for November 6 at 5:30 a.m. IST, with Korea and Vietnam receiving it a day early.
  • Frosty Funland transforms Erangel, Livik, and Vikendi into winter maps featuring Penguinville and Penguin Towns, with the festival running through January 5.
  • New snow-focused tools include Penguin Snowball Launchers, Ice Grenades, Snow Bombs, and the Salted Fish Rocket Launcher that add freezing effects and mobility options.
  • Classic Mode receives tuning with more realistic firearm drop-off and sound changes, plus Erangel’s Boatyard, a Loot Truck system, and returning PMGC-themed zones.
  • The season brings the PowNin penguin companion along with a Porsche collaboration, and PUBG Mobile pledges $100,000 to penguin conservation once an in-game milestone is reached.
