  • In court he described delusions involving Princess Beatrix and an order to place his mother's head on the king’s fence, saying he had stopped antipsychotic medication in December 2024.
  • He is charged with killing and decapitating his 63-year-old mother with an axe on 16 April 2025, fleeing in her car before being arrested on the A4 near Schiedam/Delft with the head in a bag and the weapon in the vehicle.
