- Applications are completed online through the Progresar platform using a Mi Argentina login and require personal, academic and socioeconomic information.
- Eligibility is generally for ages 18–24, extendable to 40 for unemployed applicants, mothers with dependent children or people in social vulnerability, with household income under the program’s cap.
- Applicants must have a confirmed place in an officially recognized vocational or professional training course, and enrollment in primary, secondary or higher education is not required for this line.
- ANSES deposits $28,000 monthly during the course and withholds 20% until progress or completion is certified, and a CBU or CVU in the applicant’s name is mandatory to receive payments.
