  • U.S. Postal Service retail counters and regular mail delivery will be paused Monday, with normal service set to resume Tuesday, Feb. 17.
  • The New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq will be closed for the holiday, with trading reopening on Tuesday.
  • Most major banks, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, Citibank, PNC and Truist, will not open their branches on Monday.
