Poncle Announces Survivaton Label and Bloodmoon DLC for Vampire Survivors

The move signals Poncle's shift from single-hit support to a structured multiplatform franchise that pairs low-cost paid expansions with ongoing free updates.

Overview

  • Poncle released free Patch 1.15 on Steam Saturday, adding a new stage, new characters, new weapons and new Darkanas and saying the update will reach other platforms by the end of June.
  • The studio announced the Legacy of the Bloodmoon expansion for release this summer on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and mobile, with 10 new characters, more than 16 weapons and evolutions, a new XL stage and eight new music tracks.
  • Poncle created a new umbrella label called Survivaton and renamed the original game Vampire Survivors: First Survivaton to position the title as the series foundation and to house official spin-offs that introduce major gameplay changes.
  • The company confirmed a native Nintendo Switch 2 build with improved performance and optional mouse support and launched Poncle Japan led by artist Sawaki Takeyasu to handle local development and partnerships.
  • Poncle said Legacy of the Bloodmoon will be sold at a modest price, that Legacy of the Moonspell will receive extra content and a permanent price cut, and that the studio will continue updating the original game while expanding its Survivaton projects.
