Overview
- The collision happened shortly after 12:30am on November 24 on the M6 northbound between junctions 2 and 3 near Coventry.
- A black Range Rover Evoque and a black Land Rover Discovery Sport were involved, with one vehicle found smoking and on its side.
- Two girls were taken to hospital, including one with serious injuries taken to Birmingham Children’s Hospital, which are not believed to be life-threatening.
- A second girl with minor injuries was taken to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire after crews responded to a 12:29am 999 call.
- The northbound carriageway was closed until around 5am, no arrests have been made, and Warwickshire Police are asking witnesses and drivers with dashcam footage to come forward.
