- Kanan-Jay McLeod, 6, died after a black Infiniti FX30D hit him on Anchor Drive in Ellesmere Port, a collision that happened April 19.
- Family members tried to drive him to hospital before police and paramedics met them near Whitby Sports and Social Club and transferred him to the Countess of Chester Hospital, where he died.
