Overview
- Investigators say a man boarded at Maidenhead just after 8am on 20 August 2025, sexually assaulted a woman multiple times, and left the train at West Drayton.
- The journey was on an Elizabeth Line service from Reading/Maidenhead toward Abbey Wood, according to the police account.
- British Transport Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to identify because they believe he could have information relevant to the case.
- Police believe the same individual may also have information about two similar reports in 2025: one at Slough railway station on 25 July and another between Slough and West Drayton on 18 November.
