Overview
- Greater Manchester Police, which received a report at about 4.30pm Monday, opened an inquiry into a suspected kidnapping on Manchester Road in central Bolton.
- Police say a car approached the man, the occupant spoke to him, then he was made to get in and the vehicle drove toward Bolton town centre.
- Officers want to identify and speak with the man to find out what happened and to make sure he is safe.
- The man is described as in his 40s, about 5ft 10in, medium build, bald with no facial hair, dressed in black, and speaking with a local accent.
