Overview
- The Smooth Rock is a Poké Ball pickup in the cave where you first met Onix in the Withered Wasteland area, visible on a ledge near the route to his chamber.
- You do not buy, craft, or unlock the Smooth Rock through upgrades; you simply collect it from that cave pickup.
- To restore the Smooth Tall Grass habitat, you need one Smooth Rock and four pieces of Dry Tall Grass.
- Create Dry Tall Grass by using the move Leafage on ground that has not been watered, as it is not available from shops or crafting benches.
- Place four Dry Tall Grass in a 2x2 square and set the Smooth Rock adjacent to that square to complete the habitat and finish Onix’s request.
