Overview
- The second edition began on January 7 and runs Wednesday through Sunday until February 1, bringing sport, clinics and recreational activities to beaches and riverfronts.
- Events span Mar del Plata, Chapadmalal, Miramar, Pinamar, Cariló, Villa Gesell, Rosario and Concepción del Uruguay, covering three provinces with more than 20 disciplines.
- Rosario opened with the Copa Tricentenario of beach soccer from January 7–11, featuring fixtures such as Argentino de Rosario vs. Boca Juniors and visiting clubs from Uruguay and Paraguay.
- Mar del Plata holds the formal opening on January 8 at 6 p.m. at Horizonte Club de Playa, where a temporary stadium will host featured competitions including the Argentine beach handball cup on the first weekend.
- Organizers project over 70,000 participants, with live coverage confirmed on DeporTV, Fox Sports and COA digital channels as Olympic and Pan American athletes serve as ambassadors.
