Overview
- Proyecto Especial Chira Piura set a December 1–15 shutdown to repair the Daniel Escobar canal, affecting Piura, Sullana, Talara and Paita users.
- PECHP chief Víctor Garrido Lecca said the first six days will provide no population supply, then 3–4 m³/s will be delivered solely for human consumption, with productive use suspended for the full period.
