- Pine Hall will open to the public on Thursday, June 11 at 4 p.m., with reservations available on OpenTable or by calling 313-545-8770 and walk-ins welcome.
- The restaurant and bar occupies the 12th floor at 3000 Nick Gilbert Way, seats about 300 guests, and features a 3,300-square-foot wraparound terrace with panoramic views of Comerica Park, Ford Field, Belle Isle and the Ambassador Bridge.
- Design choices intentionally echo Hudson’s Pine Room through warm wood paneling and found artifacts to connect the new venue to the building’s retail past.
- The menu mixes elevated bar snacks and entrees such as a Pine Hall Burger and a Maurice salad while the drink program, led by GM Kris Peterson, highlights Michigan spirits and regional beers in cocktails like the Detroit Vice and Cherry Picked.
- Developed by Bedrock and operated by Union Square Hospitality Group in its first Detroit location, Pine Hall is positioned as a downtown placemaking asset that could draw visitors and boost evening activity near Woodward Avenue.
