- Phoenix police say 60-year-old Susan Hawkins was struck by a pickup shortly after 4:15 p.m. on Feb. 11 inside an employee garage near 3rd Avenue and West Adams.
- Preliminary findings indicate the driver was turning down a ramp when the truck hit Hawkins as she walked from the elevators on the second floor.
- First responders provided medical aid and transported her to a hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
