Overview
- The board authorized the cancellation on February 4 under Agreement No. 010-2026-PP, ending international process PCI-0002-2025-OFP.
- Decree of Urgency 010-2025, published December 31, 2025, transferred the design, conduct and execution of Petroperú’s patrimonial reorganization to ProInversión.
- The first international call in 2025 was declared deserted after the sole valid offer of US$13.6 million exceeded the reference amount by about 17.3%.
