- Banco de la Nación is paying at teller windows nationwide by last DNI digit: 0–1 on Dec 18; 2–3 on Dec 19; 4–5 on Dec 22; 6–7 on Dec 23; 8–9 on Dec 24.
- Collection is in person with DNI only, and the Secretariat confirms the CERAD certificate is informational and not required to receive payment.
- List 22 removes age limits and includes CONADIS registrants, ONP disability pensioners, patients with serious or terminal illness, cases linked to water/sewer works and calamina loans, and heirs who can register and collect from Dec 29 with documentation at more than 550 branches.
- Beneficiaries can verify inclusion at fonavi-st.gob.pe/sifonavi/ or fonavi-st.pe, or by calling Aló MAC (option 1800) or 01 640-8655; payments do not expire and authorities warn against intermediaries.
