- Resolución Ministerial N° 005-2026-VIVIENDA, published in El Peruano, launches the first 2026 call for the BPVVRS program.
- The call targets residents of Ate, San Juan de Lurigancho and Villa El Salvador in Metropolitan Lima.
- Subsidy levels are tied to three intervention packages: S/21,000 for structural reinforcement, S/21,600 with a new lightweight roof, and S/22,600 with removal and replacement of a deteriorated roof.
- Eligibility requires property title, SISFOH classification of poverty or extreme poverty, and a dwelling that meets seismic vulnerability criteria.
- The Dirección General de Programas y Proyectos en Vivienda y Urbanismo will manage execution in coordination with Fondo Mivivienda, with disbursements set after the technical assessments.
