P.E.I. Man Charged With Promoting Hatred Toward Jews in Case RCMP Say May Be a First

P.E.I. RCMP say in a news release that an investigation revealed Matthan Runighan allegedly published antisemitic postings, which led to the laying of hate crime charges against him on Tuesday.
