  • Milan posted 66.6% occupancy, down 2.5%, with ADR at €202.42 up 17.2% and RevPAR at €134.71 up 14.3%.
  • Milan’s peaks clustered around Fashion Week, the Winter Paralympics, and the MCE tradeshow, with ADR hitting €249.60 near Fashion Week and both occupancy and RevPAR reaching 91.7% and €225.83 during MCE.
