Overview
- Paras filed a draft red herring prospectus with SEBI on June 5, 2026 seeking up to Rs 1,800 crore through a Rs 500 crore fresh issue and a Rs 1,300 crore offer-for-sale.
- JM Financial, BofA Securities India and Nuvama Wealth Management are the book-running lead managers and the company plans to list on both the BSE and NSE.
- The company says net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used mainly to prepay or repay Paras borrowings and to invest in its Srinagar unit PMHPL to clear that subsidiary's debt.
- Paras currently runs eight hospitals with 2,211 beds across five states and one union territory and plans a 300-bed Gurugram hospital by FY27 and a 500-bed Ludhiana hospital by FY28 to reach 3,011 beds by March 31, 2028.
- For the year ended March 2026 Paras reported consolidated revenue of about Rs 1,605.95 crore and EBITDA of roughly Rs 335.58 crore after multi-year growth driven by higher occupied bed days and rising average revenue per occupied bed at mature hospitals.
