- Security sources said Pakistani troops captured five Afghan Taliban border posts in Paktia opposite Shawal, Angoor Adda and Zarmalan, removed Afghan flags, raised Pakistan’s and seized vehicles.
- The accounts reported artillery and drone attacks that damaged or destroyed checkpoints and facilities including an Afghan border terminal, positions in the Warsak sector, and the Charlie and Babri posts near Angoor Adda.
- Additional claims said strikes hit Taliban command and logistics hubs in Kandahar—corps and brigade headquarters, a logistics base and an ammunition depot—and military sites in Paktika, with the air force also targeting locations in Laghman and Nangarhar.
