  • Organisers set fixed playing XIs for each side and named a 13-player centralized reserve pool that can be used only for injury or concussion to ensure consistent selection windows.
  • Shadab Khan, Sahibzada Farhan, Saim Ayub and Shaheen Shah Afridi will captain Pakistan Greens, Blues, Whites and Gold respectively, and the squads include established internationals and emerging players.
  • All matches are day‑night fixtures at Multan Cricket Stadium starting at 3pm, entry has been waived for fans, live telecasts will air on PTV Sports with streaming on Tapmad, and the tournament carries an Rs 8.15 million prize pool.
