  • The 9th International Pakistan Army Team Spirit competition ended on February 9 after a 60-hour patrol in semi-mountainous Punjab.
  • Teams from 19 countries participated, with Indonesia, Myanmar and Thailand attending as observers.
  • Sixteen Pakistani teams from the army and navy took part, with Pakistan Air Force observers present.
  • Munir attended as chief guest, praised participants for professionalism and endurance, and reaffirmed the army’s values of character, courage and competence.
  • Awards were presented and foreign observers commended the organisation, and Munir later inspected NCTC Pabbi’s new Tactical Simulator to advance simulator-based training alongside field drills.
