Overwatch Season 4 Launches With D.Mon and Flexible Battle Pass
The update pairs a new Tank hero with a redesigned progression system to give players more choice and midseason access to past rewards.
Overview
- Season 4: Heroes of Busan is live now on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series and adds D.Mon to the playable roster.
- D.Mon is a Tank who uses a close-range Plasma Saber, a protective Power Barrier, Propulsors for mobility, a midrange Fusion Repeater, and a Limit Break ultimate that boosts team pushes.
- The Battle Pass has been reworked from a single linear path into multiple short selectable tracks so players can pick which Legendary skin route to pursue first.
- Premium owners receive a one-time Tier Hack that lets them swap an eligible Legendary for another cosmetic from a curated seasonal Swap Pool that includes returning skins such as Raijin Ashe and Mob Boss Junker Queen.
- Unvaulted Passes will be sold midseason and remain permanently available to purchasers, letting players progress through selected past Battle Passes alongside the current season and potentially lowering barriers for lapsed players to return.
