Overview
- The municipal ordinance makes entering the Low Emission Zone without authorization punishable by a €200 fine, and the sanctioning phase formally took effect on July 1.
- There were no on-street signs marking the ZBE perimeter on the first day of fines, leaving drivers unable to identify the restricted boundary while driving.
