Orlando Airport Reveals Concession Master Plan for Terminals A and B

The program pairs Central Florida favorites with national and celebrity brands to refresh dining and drive more non-aeronautical revenue through phased openings.

Overview

  • MCO announced the Concession Master Plan on Wednesday, Sept. 2, publishing gate-by-gate lists for Terminals A and B and a Phase Two roster of brands.
  • Planning and construction are already under way and the airport says new locations will open in three phases beginning summer 2026 and finishing in late 2028.
  • Phase One lists include local staples such as 4 Rivers Southern Smokehouse, SoDough Detroit Pizza, Maxine’s on Shine, Seito Sushi, Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream, The Halal Guys, and multiple Starbucks sites.
  • Phase Two names widely recognized chains including Cava, Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, Shake Shack, Raising Cane’s, and Starbucks, signaling a mix of regional concepts and national operators.
  • The concessions work is part of a larger improvement program for Terminals A and B that the airport and local reporting link to separate terminal and airside renovation estimates of about $351 million and an upcoming atrium update.
