Overview
- Parties must file definitive lists by November 7 or be excluded from the primary process, per ONPE rules.
- Registration of personeros de mesa closes November 10 ahead of nationwide primaries on November 30 and December 7.
- ODPEs in Lima Centro, Piura and other regions are installing offices, training poll workers with the STAE system, and coordinating security with police and the armed forces.
- The “Elige tu local de votación” platform will run November 23–December 14, letting voters pick up to three sites based on the DNI address set by the October 14 padrón cutoff.
- Registration for the pilot digital vote is open October 29–December 13 for eleven eligible groups including Peruvians abroad, with use in April 2026 contingent on a JNE technical audit.
