Overview
- Emergency crews were called to Leek Road just before 8:35am on January 30, where a man was found receiving CPR from a member of the public.
- Paramedics took over and delivered advanced life support, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene, according to West Midlands Ambulance Service.
- Two ambulances and an Air Ambulance Critical Care Car attended the Abbey Hulton address, with police notified at about 8:40am.
- In a separate January 29 incident on Foregate Street in Stafford, a man was found in a critical condition and received advanced life support before being taken by land to Royal Stoke University Hospital.
- Three ambulances, a paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance were sent to the Stafford scene, officials said.
