- OGDCL told the Pakistan Stock Exchange that its exploratory well Bobi Deep-1 in Sanghar, Sindh, is producing about 2,000 barrels of oil per day.

- OGDCL is the operator with 100% working interest in the Bobi and Dhamraki mining lease and filed the production notice with the bourse.
- The company says the quick start will support domestic energy supply and help reduce Pakistan’s reliance on imported oil.
- As Pakistan’s largest E&P firm, majority-owned by the government, OGDCL aims for faster cash flow from discoveries while longer-term infrastructure is planned.
