- Prosecutors named the victim as 40-year-old Saudi national Alhanouf Alhazzaa, identified by Suffolk County DA Kevin Hayden's office.
- Alhazzaa was struck just before 8 a.m. on Oct. 6 near 77A Albany Street by a Boston University Medical Center shuttle, pinned beneath the vehicle, and pronounced dead at the scene.
- Investigators worked with the Saudi consulate in Boston to locate and notify Alhazzaa’s family.
- Boston University said the shuttle is owned and operated by contractor Academy Express, which employs the driver.
