Odisha Names Rashmi Ranjan Swain First Chair of Uniformed Services Recruitment Commission

• Retired IPS officer Rashmi Ranjan Swain, a former Jammu & Kashmir DGP, was appointed on March 13, 2026 as the inaugural chairman of the OUSSSC.
