Occupied-Home Listings for Sale Rise 4.6% in Spain to 24,058 in Q4

Idealista’s latest data point to owners offloading units at losses over perceived legal insecurity.

  • By province, Barcelona leads with 7,307 listings, followed by Murcia with 1,658 and Madrid with 1,634, while by city Madrid tops the ranking with 857 and Barcelona follows with 787, with Murcia at 509.
  • In the Region of Murcia, occupied-home listings rose 18.9% in Q4 from the prior quarter, and the city of Murcia registered a 19.2% increase.
