- Film at Lincoln Center, which announced the Currents lineup Thursday, named Tala Hadid’s Bardi the Currents Centerpiece and confirmed the film will make its world premiere at NYFF64.
- The Currents section comprises 15 feature films, five confirmed world premieres, one restoration world premiere and 28 short films.
- Notable world premieres include new work from Éric Baudelaire, Carlos Reygadas, Dan Sallitt and Tiffany Sia, and the program includes a newly restored screening of Fred Camper’s Suicide Note.
