- The city announced the change Tuesday, formalizing a $30 starting wage and $45 overtime rate after 40 hours worked in a week.
- DSNY is moving registration to the fall and will offer a paid four-hour orientation in December for people who sign up by Nov. 30 to allow pre-processing of paperwork.
