- The Manhattan DA announced Tuesday an indictment charging Deanna Dicastro, 39, and Gilliam Cordero, 38, with sex trafficking of a child, first-degree robbery, and promoting prostitution.

- Court filings say the pair used the hookup site Megapersonals to post ads starting October 8, 2025, then sent an underage girl to hotels in Manhattan and the Bronx and told her to take set payments from men.
- Prosecutors allege the operation ran through January 2026 across Manhattan, the Bronx, and near Rome and Utica, with proceeds flowing through Dicastro’s accounts and a transport car registered to her.
