NTA Releases JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Provisional Answer Key, Opens Objection Window

Candidates have until February 5 to file evidence-backed online challenges at Rs 200 per question.

Overview

  • Provisional answer keys, individual response sheets and question papers are available on jeemain.nta.nic.in.
  • Only paid challenges submitted through the prescribed online link will be reviewed; submissions via any other mode are not accepted.
  • Subject experts will examine all valid challenges before NTA issues the final answer key, with Session 1 results expected by February 12 based on the final key and normalized NTA scores.
  • JEE Main Session 1 was held January 21–29 with 1,300,368 candidates appearing and overall attendance reported at 96.26 percent.
  • Registration for Session 2 is open through February 25, with the next exams scheduled for April 2–9.
