NRIs Account for 32.5% of DLF Sales in April–December FY26
DLF says brand strength, in-house services, NRI focus on long-term value drove the jump.

- DLF reported Rs 16,176 crore in sales bookings for April–December 2025, with NRIs purchasing Rs 5,247 crore of properties.
- NRIs now contribute around 30% of sales, up from about 5% three years ago, far above the 10–15% typical in major housing markets.
- Executives cite in-house hospitality, rental management and re-trade capabilities, alongside strong service standards, as key draws for overseas buyers.
- Luxury launches have attracted global interest, including The Dahlias in Gurugram where about 220 units had sold by December 2025 for Rs 15,716 crore.
- Despite softer bookings in the December quarter, DLF maintains FY26 pre-sales guidance of Rs 20,000–22,000 crore.
