NRIs Account for 32.5% of DLF Sales in April–December FY26

DLF says brand strength, in-house services, NRI focus on long-term value drove the jump.

  • Luxury launches have attracted global interest, including The Dahlias in Gurugram where about 220 units had sold by December 2025 for Rs 15,716 crore.
  • Despite softer bookings in the December quarter, DLF maintains FY26 pre-sales guidance of Rs 20,000–22,000 crore.
