Overview
- Nottingham Forest held talks with Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio and Frattesi’s agent Beppe Riso on Wednesday, June 10 to discuss the midfielder’s availability.
- Sky Sport Italia reports Forest are preparing an opening offer of around €25m plus add-ons against an Inter asking price near €30m.
- Inter are believed to be willing to listen to offers after Frattesi made only a handful of starts in 2025–26 and played reduced minutes under coach Cristian Chivu.
- Juventus, Napoli and Roma are also linked, so any transfer will hinge on negotiation over fee and on which clubs match Inter’s valuation given Frattesi’s contract through June 2028.
- Forest manager Vitor Pereira sees Frattesi as a versatile midfield reinforcement able to play box-to-box or as a number 10 and a move could reshape Forest’s midfield if players such as Elliot Anderson, Ibrahim Sangaré or Morgan Gibbs-White move on.
