Nothing Launches Phone 4b in India

Featuring an India-specific 6,000mAh battery, Snapdragon 6 Gen 4, Nothing OS 4.1, the Phone 4b goes on sale July 14 to position Nothing's new B series below its A lineup.

Overview

  • Nothing announced the Phone 4b on Tuesday, July 7, and will begin regular sales in India from July 14 while a limited RCB Edition was sold via a flagship store drop in Bengaluru.
  • The India model ships with a 6,000mAh battery and 33W wired charging, and the phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 with a 6.77-inch 120Hz Samsung Super AMOLED display and dual stereo speakers.
  • Camera hardware includes a 50MP main sensor with OIS plus an 8MP ultra-wide and a 16MP front camera with 4K recording support, and the rear Glyph Bar uses 45 mini‑LEDs for notifications and utility features.
  • Nothing priced the two Indian variants at Rs 34,999 for 8GB/128GB and Rs 38,999 for 8GB/256GB, with bank and exchange offers that bring effective prices lower at launch through Flipkart and retail partners.
  • The Phone 4b closes a strategic gap caused by rising memory and component costs by creating a lower-priced B series under the Nothing brand and promising three years of OS updates and six years of security patches to extend device longevity.
