Overview
- Noma will operate in Silver Lake from March 11 to June 26, with the exact address shared only after a reservation is confirmed, and seating is reportedly limited to about 42 guests per seating across four days each week.
- Reservations go live at 9 a.m. on Jan. 26, with access links sent to newsletter subscribers on Jan. 23, and full prepayment is required to secure a booking.
- The $1,500 price covers the menu, beverage pairing, hospitality and tax, and service will be filmed for a documentary project with reservations contingent on agreeing to on-site filming.
- Chef René Redzepi says the price reflects relocating about 130 staff from Copenhagen and covering housing, transportation and, in many cases, schooling for employees’ children.
- The residency includes community-access efforts with C-CAP and Brigaid, a nightly free table for young industry professionals, planned chef collaborations, and a Noma Projects retail shop in Silver Lake.
