Overview
- Tuesday, Feb. 24: vehicles with pink stickers, plates ending in 7 or 8, and verification holograms 1 or 2 were restricted from 05:00 to 22:00.
- Officials confirmed no Doble Hoy No Circula for Wednesday, Feb. 25, when red-sticker cars with plates ending in 3 or 4 and holograms 1 or 2 are scheduled to rest.
- The Dirección de Monitoreo Atmosférico reported air quality as acceptable across the metro area, with moderate PM2.5 at some stations and generally good readings elsewhere.
- Exempt vehicles include hologram 00 and 0, electric and hybrid cars, motorcycles, public transport and taxis, emergency and security units, and authorized disability plate holders.
- The program applies from 05:00 to 22:00 in all CDMX boroughs and designated State of México municipalities, with violations subject to 20–30 UMA in fines (about 2,346–3,519 pesos) and possible impoundment.
