- The Comisión Ambiental de la Megalópolis reported that air quality in the Mexico City metropolitan area was good and no 'Doble Hoy No Circula' contingency was activated on Tuesday, June 16.
- With no contingency in force, the regular Hoy No Circula rules applied: Monday restricted yellow-engomado plates ending 5 and 6 and Tuesday restricted pink-engomado plates ending 7 and 8, in effect from 05:00 to 22:00.
