Ava Heiden powered the Hawkeyes with 24 points and 10 rebounds on 11-of-17 shooting, scoring 12 in the fourth quarter on a perfect 6-for-6 burst.
Iowa’s defense forced 24 turnovers and cashed them into a 21–6 edge in points off giveaways as Michigan shot just 30.5%.
The result moved Iowa to 22–5 overall and 13–3 in the Big Ten, tying the Hawkeyes with Michigan for second place entering the final week.
