Overview
- For Tuesday, Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast Line trains are bypassing Newark Airport, North Elizabeth and Elizabeth, with riders advised to go west to Rahway to transfer to eastbound trains serving those stations.
- Monday’s disruptions began when debris from overhead wire infrastructure struck a train’s windshield at North Elizabeth, disabling the train and injuring an engineer who was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
