Overview
- Nintendo launched a time-limited Missions & Rewards campaign to drive use of GameChat, which supports voice and video on Switch 2.
- Players can open GameChat from the Home Menu or by pressing the C Button on the right Joy-Con 2.
- The event grants GameChat-themed user icons after you complete the initial setup process.
- Each icon costs 10 Platinum Points, and eligible Switch Online members also get 100 My Nintendo Points.
- Access to GameChat now needs an active Switch Online membership, and the rewards are available through April 22, 2026.
